Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without a fee when done 48+ hours in advance.
Running Late
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require your service to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.
Cancellation Fee
Less than 48 hours: 50% of scheduled service
Less than 24 hours / same-day: 75% of scheduled service
No-show: 100% of scheduled service
